Lead times vary product to product. To get the most accurate information please contact us at sales@magnapackaging.co.uk In order to provide an estimate, for non customised packaging you could receive your order within 5 days of payment being received. For customised packaging, you're likely to wait 2-4 weeks for the customisations and then an additional 5 days for shipping as a minimum.

We are certified to ISO 9001: 2015 - This certifies our understanding of complex quality management systems and demonstrates our ability to consistently provide quality products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. We want you to be happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund if an item is faulty or not as described. For customised items, no refund would be given unless there was an issue with the product. All of the products are checked and go through a stringent quality control on our side and pictures are taken before delivery and after to ensure goods are received with the customer in good order. Under no circumstances will refunds be made for errors made on customised packaging, but we will of course do our best to help you resolve the matter and get you a resolution which works for you.
